Returns

We offer a simple 10 day Return Policy. 

 

If you wish to return, please click the Help icon at the bottom-right of the page and open a request.

 

As soon as we receive your package, the items will go through inventory control and
then we will proceed with a full refund minus shipping costs.
 

 

In case of damaged goods please include a photo if possible. 

All returns must be unused and in original condition. For broken or damaged frames
and lenses, which are not due to a manufacturing defect, we will deduct the
full amount of the item price. For damaged or missing items (such as boxes,
cases, cloths) $5 will be deducted from the refund.

The estimated shipping time will depend on your location: 

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 2-3 working days
